Start the TSXCUSBMBP Driver

Introduction Before an application can communicate through the TSXCUSBMBP, the

TSXCUSBMBP Driver must:

z be running, and

z be connected to a TSXCUSBMBP device.

and setting up the TSXCUSBMBP Driver.
